About Micoma

We were created to assist office workers struggling to improve their Microsoft Office Desktop Processes. We’ve also partnered with the Six Sigma Management Institute (SSMI) to bring clients the “Rolls Royce” of Lean Six Sigma training.

What We Do... We Provide

Interactive support to clients in creating or enhancing their Microsoft Office desktop business process tools. We also provide Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training & Support through collaboration with the Six Sigma Management Institute, developed by Dr. Mikel J. Harry, the co-creator and chief architect of Six Sigma.

Who is Michael Connell

Our founder has over 20 years experience in business process management methods & techniques within Manufacturing and Service organizations. With a degree in Engineering, achieving Lean Expertise in the early 2000’s, a Six Sigma Black Belt in 2005, an MBA and a PMP Certification in 2014, he is on a lifelong journey of learning and improving people’s work lives. Mike’s new mission is to offer his best to those struggling with problems in their every day work – “…problems will always be with us, but those with a strong desire to craft the best solutions will always prosper.”
